Thank you for the interesting presentation. In particular, I am interested in studying Cs sorption properties through EXAFS analysis, and I was able to learn from this study. I have two questions as below; 1. Cs-O1, O2, and Cs-Si, the adsorption of illite and cesium, suggested in your study, seem to have values ??within and around 4.1 and 3.5, respectively. This length suggested that the planar site sorption was major process. Is that right? 2. Can I classify frayed edge sites that are expected to show significant sorption at low concentrations of cesium using EXAFS? Or I wonder whether it is possible to quantitatively or semi-quantitatively compare Cs sorbed to planar sites and frayed edge sites using the data. Thank you for reading!
